My Nephew, Marco

MOOD: Cute

Marco, my 3 year old nephew come and visit Spore from Indonesia today. Well, I can't resist to say that he's damn cute and very smart boy. Unfortunately, his visit to Singapore is for his sine disease. He need to come to Spore every month for his medical check up which made him need to skip his class for 1 week every 1 month. Although he always skip his class, but guess what, he always get the first rank in his famous school of kindergarten class. And he always said "I got a big big trophy in class". He can speaks Indonesian,Chinese,English,Hokkien and Japanese. He met Japanese couple this morning, and he speaks Japanese with them. Unbelievable!! Where he learn that? He like to sing and read poetry. Don't kidding, he get first rank in his read poetry competition.

This is a short poem he read when we have dinner at Yoshinoya, Takashimaya.


After we go back home, he sing another song for us "Zhi Shang zhi you ma ma hao"(he can be serious too)


He has a nightmare when he sleep. He suddenly cry and shout " Kakak,kakak, help.." (his nurse sleep beside him that time), then sleep again, make us shocked. Then early morning when I wake up, he get disturbed by my noise. I thought he going to cry, but in fact he said "Hmm, good morning iee iee Leonie", then sleep again. OMG, How adorable he is!!

Special Char Kwe Tiaw??

MOOD: Angry

OMG, I have queue for 2 hours just for Fried Kwe Tiaw today!!! After starving,tired and hot quieing there, I still queue!! Am I crazy or what, it's not famous char kwe tiaw nor taste good. I think I become more like Singaporean now, like to queue and "kiasu" because that is new stall.
I definetly won't go there next time!! It taste bad and my body smells like Char Kwe Tiaw now.


But, It's very cheap. This fancy restaurant located in Market Street Hawker Center Level 3 only cost SGD 1.80/ dish. But I definetly won't go back there to buy!!

I eat the best Lempuk Durian made by my colleague, Joe's grandma. It taste heavenly! You can see lots of big chunks of durian inside and it was very soft..too bad it's never enough for me!

Tired Weekend~

I don't have enough sleep for these whole weekend. I get back home around 3am everyday and wake up very early..~~

I've been karaoke for 2 days these weekend. Realize that it's getting cheaper and cheaper.
On Friday, I only pay RM10.00 for 3 hours at TianAnMen. But feel that place very scary. I heard somebody calling my name for twice in the karaoke room. The voice is a guy voice and it come out under my seat..I really can feel what they said ( Earlier, they tell me that somebody have see ghost over there few days back). Although it's quiet scary, but it was quiet fun cause we did sing,take pictures n MV and I'm get used of all those scary things.
PS: Sorry gals dint tell you about these, cause I don't want let you guys scared.

I wake up very early on Saturday to do my eyebrow touch up. It's very painful~~hiks..
We go to lunch and karaoke AGAIN!! This time we only pay for RM20.00 for 6 people and 3 hours in The Ships 2. VERY CHEAP!!!!!

hoho..how come he looks weird here..We don't know how to sing, only know how to pose!! =P


OMG, this fella called Yong Shen. He makes me miss my parents!! He only sings all those 80s and 90s song, very very old song!!! Knowing he's not update himself for more than 10 years!!And this guy called Qing Yue. He come to karaoke place only to eat and enjoy our voice..~~
After these session, we go to dinner n bowling. I have backpain and handpain after 5 session of bowling. Now I know I'm not young! ! Again, we have yumcha at OLD TOWN and AGAIN reached home at 3am.

Working week..~~

Weekday life seems to be quiet a same tone..wake up,work,eat,shop,meet friends, n sleep..~~ But sometimes it was quiet a good life after hard party on weekend..~~=P

This is my sweet house and room which I used to do all my hobby (eat,sleep,trying clothes,watching,facial,messing room,decorate room,chit chat with housemate,etc..)

My second house would be my office, which located at Raffles Place. I like the strategic place where it located at. I can easily get what I want to eat nearby my office, there's a LOT of things to shop nearby and my office located at 60 floor, it's amazing view!!

It's amazing view and stress reliever for me. I can see all the bunker, cargo and cruise ship , ferries wheel, and future casino(those in brown color) from my office.After half day of work, I will go to shop or take a breath at this river nearby my office after my lunch.

I have great tea time this week. I took some pictures of my food as I would like to introduce some nice hi-tea appetizer for office hour.

First, strawberry and blueberry pie from Cedele

You can get these in my office building, Republic Plaza. They sell lots of yummy cake, especially above strawberry and blueberry pie, which filled with custard cream and the pie shell itself made from chocolate.

Second, Brownies from The Cindy
You can get these nearby my office in Caltex House. This is the best brownies that I ever had. It was very rich in chocolate and when you microwave it for 1min..hmm,it taste heavenly..All the chocolate and cake melt into your mouth and it not really sweet.

Third, Egg tart from Red Star Restaurant

This Egg Tart sold in Dim sum restaurant. It might looks normal in the picture, but the pie shell very crispy and the egg was very juicy and taste very nice. I finished all of the pie above by myself~~

I have little gift from my boss this week. He put late birthday gift on my desk when I'm not around.
Okay, now I should think of what should I buy with those 100 dollar voucher in Takashimaya.

My Hair~~

Feel funny to write about this title, but I'm really got nothing to do and feel like writing something not interesting. The part of body that I hate most is MY HAIR. Why?
My hair was very very curly originally (African curly). My hair makes me lazy to wash hair when I was young cause i have a LOT of hair and very curly. I din't wash my hair for 2 weeks sometimes, until my dad found out it was so smelly and wash for me(he need to wash like saloon style with little massage then I'll just agree for that). I used to have 1 comb a day. Everytime I comb my hair, the comb will breaks. It dues to my big, hard n curly hair. I HATE MY HAIR!!!! I like to try my mom's wig when I was young and dream that 1 day my hair can be straight,long, n can fly when winds comes..haha..

This is how my hair looks like when I was 2-10 years old.
Don't LAUGH ok? I was very sad during those years, all teachers like to call me either "beehive" or "flower head". Until I was 11 years old, my mom brings me to saloon and do what they called "hair straigthening" for me. It was not today's perm straightening. It was just a normal straigthening which they need to use lots of plastic plats and apply chemicals on hair with each plastics plats.

This is how I look after I have my 1990s hair straightenning. I have this hair treatment since I was 11 years old to 18 years old once every 4 months.
One thing bad about this straightening is your hair only looks straight, but it still hard to manage and it's very dry and hard like what they always called "broom"(I still need 1 comb a day). =P

When I was 18 years old, there's a new invention call "Japanese hair perm", which they said will not only make your hair straight, but smooth, shinning and silky as well. after I heard about this, I immediately go to saloon to do it. I will pay it even how expensive it is!!! It cost me RM 600.00 during that time (year 2000). But I still do it once every 4 months until now.

But human is human, never satisfied with what they have. In fact, I feels like to have some curly hair after long years straight. Howevever, I don't want the African curl..=P I'm considering to have this curly hair permanently. Which do you think I'm more suitable with? haha..

Until now, I STILL HATE MY HAIR!! I waste most of my nutrition,time and money on my hair!! Not only money for straightening, but also for treatment, vitamin, scalp, and etc...so pls..APPRECIATEYOUR NICE HAIR FOR THOSE WHO HAVE STRAIGHT N SILKY HAIR!!!!

Party Break ~ 18.08.07

TODAY MOOD: HAPPY & TIRED

After late party last night, I'm getting very tired and sleepy today. I'm thinking to do some relax activities today. I wake up at 1pm today, having famous duck rice with Qiong Wei's family and having my dental appointment at 2.30am. The dentist said I'm free of braces after 2 more months, which is October. Ouch..he keep delaying!! Last time he told me I will be free on June, then delay to September and now to October!! I wish I can free of braces before November, 21 which is my ROM date.
I accompany Qiong Wei for his hair cut after that..I've got nothing to do, so have shots over there!
Oops..he looks handsome with that big shirt and without glasses!! I take the right shots!! He said he looks like "ah moh" here..I think so too..=P

We go to City Square with Jing Soon and his girlfriend after that..We watch "Secret" by Jay Chou there. It's really a good movie. Can't imagine Jay Chou can make such a good movie for his first timer. It's recommended movie. Jay Chou looks handsome there and the gals looks pretty there. In the middle of the movie, I think this was ghost story, when the Jay realize that the gal is not exist, she's live in 20 years ago and the handwriting desk!!!! It makes me scared!!

MOVIE PLOT: The first day Lun (Chou) enters Tamkang Secondary School, he meets Yu (Kwai Lun-Mei) in the music room when she is playing a mysterious piano solo. The two become intimate friends and spend a lot of time together. He often asks her "What's the melody you played the first day we met?" but Yu unfailingly replies: "That's my secret." One day, Lun asks Yu to meet him in the music room but Yu never showed up. Lun cannot find her. I like this first gal (main actress), while all of them prefer the second one. Do you think the first one prettier n soft?



Well..after this nice movie..we go for karaoke at Neway!!


Before sing out our best voice, we need to recharge for nice buffet over there!! We are all starving!!!

Ok, after nice buffet, it's the time for us to sing!!


After all the relax activities..I go to Old Town to meet Fion, Li Ing n Freda for the quick chit chat..OMG I'm very tired today!! Again, I arrived home at 2am today.

TODAY MOOD : HAPPY & FULL OF SURPRISE

I've got surprise early morning from my housemate when I just wake up and come out from my room.. I'm still sleepy with small eyes..

It's very heavy raining this morning.I wait very long for the rain to stop, but it become heavier..so I decided to walk in the raining day after 9.15am..I'm LATE!!!
Ouch..my way to MRT station below very wet and it's heavy rain!!!

Well, finally I arrived my nearby MRT station at 9.30am, while I need to arrived office at 9am..=P


However, I'm taking half day leave today..basically I'm just work for 2 hours today..!!=P
It's enough for me to talking n taking pictures in office..
I've got Sins chocolate for my bday gift from Alex today..Thanks!!


OK, 2 hours is very short time and it's time for me to leave office and go JB to sleep and recharge my battery for tonight party!!!
I went for my bday dinner with Qiong Wei's family @ Peking Restaurant and go to meet da gangs @ Xien Dai Qi Si Lu to spend our hours before party..

I only drink this little fruit juice, while others busy for gambling..

It's the time for party!!!! We go to Cabana for my bday party and it's really lots of fun..

For the starter, of coz we needs two things above for the fun tonight!!!

There are about 20 people who join the party!! It's a fun party!! I will be await next similar party when all of us hang out together like this!!




We finished our party at 3am. Overall it's full of fun and laughter party.

16.08~ It's A BOY!!!

Haha..today is the best day to buy 4-D !!!!
My son has arrived earth today!!! (my colleague give birth today, but they said looks like me)
Well..I have received call from my colleague, Yvonne. She told me that she has give birth!! I'm very grateful!!
Before I go to hospital to visit her..I asked my colleague, Faizal to give her a speech..But he don't want and end up looks like monkey!!
I asked him to give speech and said " Pls give a speech, I will show it to Yvonne" but he denied to give any speech by shaking his head (like ecstacy addicted)


It was an very adorable baby!! He really looks like me, not like his parents at all. He has very chubby face, quiet high nose, big eye with double eyelid, PLUS he has lots of hair and a little curly like me!!!! IT SUPPOSED TO BE MY SON!!

Dont you think he looks like me with that chubby face? I think I should upload my baby's picture..!!=P His birthday is 1 day before my bday..I think he should be my godson!!

This is his elder brother's picture, who looks like his both parents, different like his little brother!! His name is Ernest!!

Great son!! You looks like me!! I bought a pair of shoes for my birthday present(17.08) for myself today nearby my office..It cost me SGD 39.90 ( Reasonable price) looks good? It just looks OK for me!
